Super Cute Sleepwear

April 17, 2012 in Fashion

As the nights become chilly, sleepwear becomes more appealing. In particular - snug PJs, a cosy dressing gown and comfy slippers or boots.

In the cooler months, I love nothing better than coming home from work and getting changed straight into my sleepwear. There’s something so comforting and relaxing about being in your PJs while curled up on the couch in front of your favourite TV shows.

Here are our picks for the cutest sleepwear around…

Annabel Trends ‘Rosy Toe’ Slippers from Birdsnest ($29.95)

Victoria’s Secret Satin Slippers (approx $15.00 on sale)

Peter Alexander ‘With A Cherry On Top’ Slippers ($29.00 on sale)

I have owned many a slipper in my time and they are just so easy to collect!! The secret to a good pair of slippers is to make sure they fit perfectly, are comfortable and above all – look adorable!!

Playboy “Love Playboy” PJ Set from Bras N Things ($59.99)

Peter Alexander ‘Pink Leopard’ PJ Set ($69.90)

Victoria’s Secret ‘Pillow Talk’ PJ Set (approx $49.50)

The different types and styles of PJ sets available are so varied and endless. Always keep in mind that while you are lounging around in your PJs, someone may come knocking at your door (hopefully delivering some online shopping purchases), so make sure your PJs are as cute as these picks.

Peter Alexander ‘The Ultimate Cashmillion’ Robe ($110.00)

Sussan ‘Block Stripe’ Robe ($59.95)

Hand Picked Sleepwear Robe from Birdsnest ($74.95)

From terry towelling to teddy bear fur. From cashmere to cotton. The good old bath robe (or dressing gown) can be as simple or as deluxe as you choose. Not to mention the array of colours and prints. Decisions, decisions!!

Victoria’s Secret Nightie (approx $59.50)

Peter Alexander ‘Brush Rose Corset’ Nightie ($69.90)

Bras N Things ‘Madame Spotted Night Shirt’ Nightie ($39.99)

The nightie is the dress of the sleepwear world. An instant outfit. And just like dresses, the nightie can be short or long, fitted or loose, all depending on your personal preference.

Sussan ‘Stripe Cable Boot’ ($29.95)

Peter Alexander ‘Peter’s Glam Sequinned Homeboots’ ($129.00)

EMU Australia ‘Angels Lo’ Boot ($179.00)

My home boots quite often turn into quickly-ducking-up-to-the-shops boots, which I know is a bit of a fashion faux pas (anyone remember that brief period where it was ‘cool’ to wear your boots with a denim mini skirt?!)…but still. A girl’s gotta keep her feet warm and Havi’s just won’t cut it in winter!!
