Bet you thought this post would feature Sofia rocking her usual Hollywood bombshell look, right? Wrong! We love seeing our favourite celebrities off the red carpet and in their off duty clothes.

And here we have the fabulous Ms Vergara running errands in Beverly Hills, where she apparently made a trip to her dermatologist’s office. Though no word on whether she actually made it to the gym on this particular day.

Confession. I wear my gym gear more often that I actually hit the gym. I wear it grocery shopping. I wear it while cleaning the house (I swear it makes me clean faster). I wear it when ducking out to grab coffee. What can I say? Rocking your gym clothes is more fashionable and flattering than wearing your trusty comfy trackies that really shouldn’t be seen outside of the house!

My brand of choice for gym tights is definitely Lorna Jane. They will literally change your life. I had always been sceptical of tights until I bought a pair Lorna Jane gym tights…and now I own four pairs.

Finally, to chic up your gym clothes and make them café-appropriate, add a fabulous pair of sunglasses and carry your favourite handbag.
